PRESALE TERMS

These terms apply to all participants of the MoonHit presale/whitelist. Please read carefully before transacting.

  • Presale accepts SOL only; on-chain transactions are irreversible.
  • Quote/MEMO are required to attribute deposits.

TermsPrivacy
General presale terms
  • Currency: SOL only on the Solana network.
  • Network: Presale runs on Solana mainnet unless otherwise noted.
  • Memo required: all deposits must include the MEMO shown in the quote.
  • Minimum amount: the minimum per order is shown on the Buy page.
  • Allocation limits: each wallet may have a maximum cap; once reached, further transactions may be rejected.
  • Quote validity: quotes expire automatically if SOL is not sent within the displayed time window.
Buyer rights and obligations
  • You commit to providing accurate information and are responsible for securing your wallet/seed phrase.
  • You understand all on-chain transactions are immutable and cannot be reversed.
  • You may request support if you sent SOL with the correct MEMO but it wasnt recorded (include the tx signature).
  • You agree to comply with KYC/AML requirements if requested for risk management purposes.
Refund policy & risk
  • All confirmed on-chain transactions are final and non-refundable.
  • Presales carry market and technical risk; do your own research before deciding.
  • In case of technical incidents caused by the system, we will make reasonable efforts to help reconcile.
Token & claim terms
  • Claim (if used) opens after presale closes.
  • If vesting applies, the schedule will be published before claim opens.
  • No profit guarantees; token utility may change for technical/legal reasons.
KYC/AML requirements (if applicable)
  • MoonHit may require identity verification (KYC) or AML checks for risk management.
  • Users from restricted jurisdictions may not be eligible to participate.
  • Providing false information may result in cancellation of the transaction and/or termination of participation.
Limitation of liability & disclaimer
  • MoonHit is not responsible for indirect/special/consequential losses due to market volatility.
  • Service is provided as is; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • In all cases, MoonHits liability (if any) will not exceed the amount you successfully sent.
Governing law & dispute resolution
  • These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction specified by MoonHit.
  • Disputes will be negotiated in good faith first; if unresolved, they may be escalated via competent resolution mechanisms.
Important: All confirmed on-chain transactions are final and non-refundable. Double-check the SOL amount and MEMO before sending.
