This policy explains how MoonHit collects, stores, and processes data related to the presale.
MoonHit does not collect personal information beyond the wallet address you connect. Email/Discord is stored only if you voluntarily provide it for support or notifications. We will never ask for your seed/private key.
When you interact with the site, we may record transaction metadata such as quote ID, MEMO, timestamps, and allocation status to show your presale status and provide support. On-chain transactions are public.
We may use minimal cookies to maintain sessions and rate limits. We do not use advertising/tracking cookies. Analytics are aggregated and not used for personalized advertising.
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with service providers (RPC, hosting/storage, analytics, abuse prevention/rate limiting) as necessary to operate the service, and they must follow equivalent security standards.
Records such as quotes/MEMOs may be retained for 12-24 months for operations and fraud prevention, then deleted when no longer needed. Contact data (email/Discord, if any) is deleted on request or after inactivity. Always verify destination addresses carefully.
If an incident affects data, we will notify you via the website and/or your provided contact method (email/Discord).
You can request access/deletion of any contact data you provided (if any) or disconnect your wallet. On-chain data is public and cannot be deleted by MoonHit. Quote-linked history may be retained for compliance/audit/fraud prevention purposes.
